With contract management, we defined the scope of work to prevent misunderstandings and establish accountability for contractors. This is a crucial element in meeting expectations on quality standards, timelines, and achieving budget control. We also maintained regular communication with contractors to keep open lines of communication so that timely interventions could be facilitated as necessary. We also established Quality Control Plans to implement quality control measures ensuring that the work could meet established standards. And to make sure contractors stay on track and timely complete, we developed a comprehensive project schedule that outlined critical milestones and deadlines and took corrective action in a timely manner when necessary. Finally, with budget monitoring we identified potential overruns before they became significant issues.
