We developed the operation protocol for the business, supported with a comprehensive plan of staff training. This development is crucial for ensuring consistency, efficiency and compliance across various aspects of a business. Based on the business model and mission as established by the business owner, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPs) were developed. This is to ensure the staff are guided by detailed instructions for routine tasks such as client intake procedures, facility preparation, hydroptherapy session protocols, equipment usage, post-treatment care, record keeping, emergency procedures and client feedback. Elements of the protocol include: - Flowcharts showing step-by-step process of specific operational procedures, - Diagrams visualizing relationships and hierarchies within operational procedures, - Checklist outling critical steps in operational procedures, - Storyboard illustrating scenarios in which operational procedures are applied, - Data and information collection FORMs aligned with the operation processes.
